Questions about our luggage storage service?
Here you’ll find the most helpful answers to use Bags Parking with ease.

Booking luggage storage takes just a few clicks: go to our website, search for the city, enter the dates, times, and number of bags, choose your preferred storage location, and you’re all set. When you arrive, drop off your bags and enjoy the city!

Bags Parking uses several security standards: from the choice and selection of the Bags Managers to the care of your luggage, up to the security of payments. In addition, a dedicated assistance service is available at any time. Before booking a luggage storage facility, you can also read the reviews left by other Travellers, and in order to better protect both parties, we ask that you take a photo of your luggage at the time of deposit and send it in the chat with the Bags Manager.

Each Bags Manager sets their own price, which may vary depending on the location or the length of storage. You’ll always see the exact rate on the storage location’s detail page before booking.

No, it is not allowed to store passports, ID cards, driver’s licenses, or other official documents. You can find the full list of prohibited items in our Terms and Conditions, under section 8 “Prohibited Items.”

There are no weight or size limits. You can store any luggage of any kind, from suitcases to backpacks to bulkier items, according to your needs.

Payments must be made online at the time of booking. This will guarantee insurance coverage for your luggage and security of payment.

Each Bags Manager has to pass a very careful selection process to become part of Bags Parking. In addition, during the registration process, he/she must provide all details about his/her identity, proven by official documents such as ID card and identity card.

You cannot leave illegal or dangerous items in your deposited baggage. You can find a complete list of all prohibited items on the ” Terms and Conditions ” under section 8 “Prohibited Items”.

If the luggage storage facility you have reserved allows cancellations, you can cancel your reservation by going to the “Reservations” section of the Bags Parking app. Cancellations must be made within the time established by the Bags Manager and prior to check-in time. Valid cancellation requests will be refunded by crediting the full amount back to the payment method used.

In the event that you need to have your luggage stored or picked up by another person, that person will need to present the Bags Manager with a copy of your ID card, plus a screenshot of your booking details or a photo of your luggage taken at the time of storage.
